Our Mission

Is to teach the principles of Mindfulness and provide tools and techniques needed to create positive habits, become more resilient, and manage emotions, in order to flourish both academically and socially in an increasingly complicated and stressful world. 

 
 

Our Workshops & Summer Camps

All of our workshops and summer camps are designed to provide your child with the best foundation for building their own mindfulness practice. Sessions are limited to a small group of participates so we can offer an individualized experience and build a mindfulness practice around the skills that best suit your child’s personality.

 

Creative summer camps

A private, independent day camp that introduces lifelong skills, inspires creativity, and curiosity by combining art, science experiments, writing, yoga, nature, breathing, play, movement, and expression. Mindful Wisdom Now has created a summer camp with the intention of inspiring children as they reconnect to their innate curiosity, wonder, and creativity while teaching them mindfulness tools to build self awareness, increase self esteem, and improve emotional regulation.

Space is very limited in order to provide an individualized experience for each child.


Growing GRATITUDE workshop

This creativity workshop explores the meaning behind having an attitude of gratitude. Throughout the experience, children will explore what it means to be grateful, practice appreciation through the 5 senses, and will learn about how they can become more aware of and grateful for blessings in their lives.


believe in yourself workshop

What better way to begin the school year than with a positive, confident mindset? This creative workshop will focus on self-confidence and the power of our inner language. We will learn about Cultivating Positivity and the neuroscience that supports how our thoughts influence our mood, motivation, and performance. We will learn tools to build awareness and cultivate self-compassion.


One-on-one advanced academic & Mindfulness coaching

Learning is about more than just memorization. We offer unique academic tutoring that combines study skills and time management tools with mindfulness techniques to increase a child’s concentration, enhance focus and memory, improve self confidence, and recall skills.
