At Mindful Wisdom Now, we understand the importance of exploration, inspiration, curiosity, and imagination in a child’s development. These fundamental interests provide the foundation for a lifetime of learning and growth, yet they are often overlooked by traditional schools. That’s why we are proud to offer an exclusive summer camp that focuses on nurturing these essential elements of childhood.

Our summer camp is designed to inspire children and help them reconnect to their innate curiosity, wonder, and creativity. Through a range of fun and engaging activities and mindfulness tools, we help children build self-awareness, increase self-esteem, and improve emotional regulation.

This is a private, independent day camp that enables children to interact in a friendly environment igniting their creativity and curiosity while building lifelong skills. We keep our group sizes small in order to provide each child with an individualized experience.

Whether your child is interested in art, science, nature, or simply having fun, our summer camp has something to offer. From imaginative play and hands-on projects to mindfulness exercises and nature walks, we provide a diverse and engaging program that will ignite your child's creativity and curiosity!

  • Session 1: June 19th to June 23rd

At Mindful Wisdom Now’s Summer Camp, we are committed to nurturing the growth and development in a holistic way. Each day, we begin with mindful morning lessons that set the tone for growth, learning, and fun. Children will learn a variety of mindfulness tools and techniques to calm their minds, turn towards gratitude, cultivate positivity, and enhance their self-compassion, empathy and focus. We use a neuroscientific approach by teaching children about the different parts of the brain and how each mindfulness tool supports specific areas of the brain. Our lessons are interactive and engaging, designed to be woven and reintroduced throughout the day and throughout the following week. Campers will also participate in yoga classes to reinforce body-mind awareness, learn about a featured artists, and create art projects inspired by different art styles. We also believe that nature is an essential part of a child’s holistic learning experience. Our campers will go on scavenger hunts, tend to a garden, explore outside, participate in science experiments, enjoy time in the pool, and spend some time journaling. We will wrap up each day reflecting on their experiences at closing circle. (Maximum participants: 12)

At Mindful Wisdom Now, we understand that our clients are busy and need flexibility with drop off times. That's why we offer the convenience of being able to drop off your child as early as 9:30 AM at no additional cost.

But we don't just stop at providing convenience for our families. We also offer a homemade lunch option for an additional cost. Our clients have the option to purchase our delicious and nutritious lunch, made fresh daily. We believe that a healthy and balanced diet is important for the growth and development of children. By choosing our homemade lunch option, you can be assured that your child is getting the fuel they need to thrive and grow. So drop off as early as 9:30 AM and don't worry about lunch - we've got you covered!
