is an ongoing quest to live in the present and be mindful through creativity, writing, yoga, art, nature, breathing, play, movement and expression.

We work to build immersive, creatively driven workshops for children, teens, and adults designed to teach the fundamental principles of Mindfulness through scientific, brain-based techniques that can be applied to their daily lives.

Mindfulness & Academic Coaching

Gabriela Martinez-Fonts, M.Ed.

As the founder of Mindful Wisdom Now, Gaby is dedicated to sharing her passion for teaching mindfulness tools to help individuals manage stress and build resilience.

Gaby is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California at Berkeley. Her extensive training and experience allow her to run mindfulness workshops, creative camps, and teach private classes to individuals of various backgrounds and ages.

Moreover, Gaby has been teaching for over two decades in private schools and as an Academic Coach, specializing in assisting students with ADHD, learning differences, and executive functioning deficits. Her primary mission is to help those individuals develop essential skills such as study skills, time management, emotional regulation, and building resiliency.

Gaby received her Masters in Education from Harvard University, after completing her Bachelor of Art in Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan. In addition to her Mindfulness Certification, she has become a Mindful Life Ambassador and is certified to teach kids yoga through Karma Kids Yoga. With her unique educational background and expertise, she offers workshops, private classes and specialized camps.
